this thread really got my mouth watering red ,i am trying that gl diet ,and you are only allowed 1 slice of bread a day the kids are having toast for breakfast it smells lovelly,then i read this just the thought of a roast beef and horse raddish sandwhich has made me want to choke on my porridge :wah: :wah:
Okay here is one, sliced granary bread, or perhaps crunchy ciabatta or something similar, butter, iceberg lettuce, white onion, cucumber, and swiss cheese, with a little fresh mayo. Its a very clean, light taste you should try it. YUM!

I didn't think I liked them either beyond guacamole, but then I trie done. I was hooked instantly. I eat them whenever I can with salt and pepper. MMM-mmm!
