Bruce Forsythe - can anybody help?
In December, either 1960, or 1961 during the closing minutes of the last show of the year on Val Parnell's Sunday Night at The London Palladium, Bruce Forsythe read a most haunting, poignant, anonymous poem which had been presented to him by a member of the audience. It was called Take Care. The wording was such, it left the listener in no doubt that somebody had lost their life through an accident, and that this was an emotional appeal in poetic form that further similar tragedies should be minimised. There was genuine emotion in Bruce Forsythe's voice, and it won a trememdous round of very formal applause.
I've tried all the obvious channels like Wiki , London Palladium, Bruce Forsythe etc. but on none of them am I able to post my question - all they're interested in doing is selling stuff, and self-promotion. Does any a website where you can actually ask such a question as opposed to read through mile upon mile of info about him. Alternatively, How do I post such a question to him directly i.e. care of whom ATV film studios, Thte London Palladium, or what. Believe me when I say, it is a very, very powerful poem, and should be written on a billboard for all to see just before Christmas.
I hope somebody can help me. If I get hold of the words, I will post them on this board.

I went to YouTube and entered a search for Bruce Forsyth and did get a couple of hits from ATV London Palladium. You may want to see if this is what you are looking for. But they named Val Forsyth..and Bruce Wisdom.
