Fridge Magnets
Fridge Magnets
Do you consider your fridge door to be a blank canvas or do you like it clean?
I used to have magnetic mosaic tiles on the fridge, and magnetic poetry but it is greasy filth underneath after a short time. I stopped putting magnets on after that. Some people seem obsessed with fridge magnets though.
I've never seen a joke on a fridge magnet that was still funny after a week.

I have fridge magnets, most of them from Disney where photos are inside them, I also have the kids safety guide up on it, which I make them read every month or so, much to their annoyance :-6

i think i am a fridge magnet i just seem to be drawn towards it at about midnight

I have a Raven from the tower of London which i bought on our FG meet up....it reminds me of Raven, Voodoo, Minks and all the other folks that I shared a fantastic weekend with.
I also have a photo from the London Eye with my son and grandson...again, a reminder of a lovely day out to celebrate my 60th birthday.
They're not there to decorate the fridge as such, but just little momentoes of good times.
I have seen some fridges COVERED in magnets....I think it would do my head in

My jokes do tend to have staying power, especially when reflected of the top of your head (which is why you so often don't understand me)

I used to have loads then stopped as it was the hassle of cleaning the door and washing the magnets. Until recently I just had about four to hold notes on but since moving I don't have a fridge or freezer door to use, it's covered.

I like my fridge nekkid. I prefer a clean, uncluttered look everywhere though.

I got bits and pieces held onto my fridge by magnets, a magnet given to me by Raven when I left London, a couple recipes attached to the fridge, notes to my girls that I keep forgetting to remove... oooo a note card from some roses my departed gave me when I returned from London (best chuck that piece of nostalgia out), a bank statement as a reminder someone owes me money ahaha and an old lotto ticket I won nothing from... I think I need to clean my fridge off.

Fridge Magnets
My favorite magnets on my fridge:
Men.. Can't live with 'em - Can't play mind games without 'em..
The two of us will never part - friends forever from the start..
A Woman is Often Measured: By the things she cannot control. She is measured by the way her body curves or doesn't curve, by where she is flat or straight or round.
She is measured by 36-24-36 and inches and ages and numbers, by all the outside things that don't ever add up to who she is on the inside.
Let her be measured by the things she can control, by who she is and who she is trying to become.
Because as every woman knows, measurements are only statistics -
and Statistics Lie.
Well LA-DE Fu----g DA

Fridge Magnets
I adore fridge magnets!
I keep my fridge door organized pretty much though. I have those magnetic picture frames on it with photos of my mom and dad, me, my uncle, some of my pets and my best friend. I have two paper fortunes from chinese restaurants that I've saved for years. I often have a comic strip on there because it hits me just right for whatever's happening in my life at the time.
I made a bunch of marble magnets and those are on there too. Really, I have all kinds. Probably close to 100 magnets but not all on at the same time.
Fun question, Koan!

Fridge Magnets
I have fridge magnets I get everytime I go somewhere for vacation. Even if I've already been there several times.
I also have magnets I've made from pictures I took of places I've been.
And I have picture magnets that I put photos in.
I also use them to hold reminders. What days to put the trash out after holidays, voting places, pistol permit renewals and some business cards and business card magnets.
Yeah, I got stuff on my fridge!

When choosing between two evils, I always like to take the one I've never tried before.
