Jimbo does your daughter still go to school over here? Because there was a issue at one of the schools yesterday. It had to go into lockdown.

Went to the gym last night. Against doctors orders. The best I have felt in a long time. I just went on treadmill for 30 minutes. Tell me, what is the difference between walking outside int the weather, or walking on treadmill? I think this doctor is weird.

well i think the fresh air could be good for you , and maybe the walking on grass is softer and better for your back and even a more natural posture

ask mr tater he seems to be the expert ,i have taken a few tips from the youngster:rolleyes: :wah:
