Taking a break too!

Just for a few days because I'm having problems with my hands at the moment. As you may know I have fibromyalgia, which for me is at it's worst in my hands. I think I have been spending too much time lately typing and using the mouse!!

The reason I'm making this thread is to ensure that I do take a break and rest my hands so that I'm not tempted to stay anyway!!:wah:

It's not permanant, I'm not cross with anyone (except Jimbo for the daddy-long-legs piccies!!!) so I'll see you all soon.:-6

If you spot me lurking tell me off!!

I have fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis, have you tried Lyrica, it is a god send for me.

Am much better so will be slowly easing myself back in, probably for about ooh most of the day every day:wah:

I appreciate the tips - tried typing with my nose but being a big nose it hit lots of keys at once!!! Feet typing - well, tried that too but being an old crock just couldn't get my legs up high enough :sneaky: ..................to reach the keyboard!
