you guys are lucky. i love meeting people who i talk to online.. the problem is that i live in texas. im sure once i start getting to know FGers.. maybe i'll try to organize a texas meetup.

Actually there were two FG meetings the first one took place last May. I came from the US and Minks came from Canada to meet 13 UK members. It was incredibly wonderful.

Only 2 have permanently absconded and the rest pop in from time to time

It was fantastic.... I still brag all over the place about it... people ask me about the most adventuresome thing I have ever done. I say Flew to London and met 13 strangers

From the internet they are always amazed. Then I add, and they remain my dear friends....

back row with glasses spot, the red head girl is Raps daughter to her left seated with scarf is weeder, young lad in blue back row next to spot, Raps son, next to him on his left Theia, then the big guy in the center, Arnold, to his left Bez, behind bez barely there OM, to OM's left dark hair glasses is Betty Boop, waving and smiling to her left is Rap, that cute young boy on the end in the black is young Chris, and the goof in the hat... me, the handsome couple in the front row is Raven and her husband Voodoo, they put me up for my 2 weeks there. it was the best experience of my life.

Oh yes later in the week, we had the pleasure of meeting up with Bryn Mwr. No pics of him mind you.

This is what keeps me coming back to FG... I love hearing about everybody getting together.... I wish Canada were a little bit smaller so the meetups would be do-able, hell I would have to fly for 5 hours just to meet Fisher.
