Look At The Mother

They say "Look at the mother to know what the daughter will eventually look like". Do you believe that?

When I first met my future mother-in-law I thought " What a good looking woman". Happy to say that as my wife has gotten older she has followed in her mothers footsteps.

I think all newborns look like little old men then start to take on the characteristics of the person they spend most time with. They are the greatest mimics re facial expressions and mannerisms.

Same here Lon, my wife took after her Mother who had/has beautiful Skin. My wife had when she was younger, & still has Beautiful skin now. Lucky me!!

It sort of goes with the saying: The Apple doesn't fall far from the Tree!!!

people say me and my mum look very alike, she had a painting done of her when she was younger sort of like 14/15 and people always ask if its me!

personally i always thought i looked more like my dad but there you go

Yeahhhhhhh- my moms HOTTIE for 70!! LOL I can't wait to age!!! Cuz I am not feeling like a Hottie right now~!

I thought I would share this with you

All my life I was told how much I look like my mother, then my oldest daughter came along and boy do we get that so much "my you two look so alike" I always reply with, "thank you, we are blessed to both look like my own mother"

Yes yes yes daughters certainly can look like their mothers....

My youngest daughter hardly resembles me at all, interestingly she resembles both her father and I. She is truly unique with her looks.

I don't think I look like my mother at all, but I know that my daughter looks very much like me!

Wish I could have a Ã‚£1 for every time a stranger stops me to tell me what a beautiful little girl I have!!
