there's a blue bar you click in just below the first bit of writing and above "first transript". looks like an obscured windows media panel

It seems to be Internet Explorer specific.

My default browser is firefox I can get it to play on that with difficulty. But you're right it works better on internet explorer-or rather it did once I told it to accept the activex thingy. IE is one of my pet hates.
