Having my car serviced today and the cambelt replaced. They told me to drop it off before 8.30 this morning. When I phoned at 2.00 to see if it was ready, they hadn't even started. What annoys me is that I was desperate for a lie-in this morning

I went to pick the car up at 4.00 and it still wasn't ready as they'd had 4 cambelts delivered all of which were the wrong one. I did unleash a bit of Krammy attitude and a few choice words.
