Absolutely not.

What is up with everyone wanting to monitor everyone else's doings?! Or thinking they somehow have a right to or are fit to do so? The world is a nasty dangerous unpleasant place a lot of the time. But what's nastier and more dangerous in my opinion is censorship. Of just about any kind.
