You knew the "do not read this" part would suck me right in! :wah: LOL

I worked today, got a jump start on calling in the orders for tomorrow, put laundry away, so I am heading to bed soon. Hubby made meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner and it was delicious! Any more questions? :p

Today I'm at the warehouse learning MYOB data entry which is just soooo exciting I can't begin to tell you. It's pretty much a 'no-brainer' but still requires some attention or concentration so I don't tap in the wrong numbers. This is kind of fun learning new skills. It's so different from my usual job (Clinical Nurse Specialist Perianaesthesia) which I'm taking a break from. Perhaps I'll end up liking the business world so much I won't want to go back....hehehe.

Just had a meat pie with tomato sauce (ketchup) for lunch...yummy but naughty :)

Probably take the dog for a walk soon, it's nice and sunny but really cold at the same time. Autumn down here in Australia.

Haven't even thought about dinner yet. That's a few hours away and I'm gonna handball that one to Neil as I believe it's his turn to cook :wah:

Getting ready for bed..Since LC got my homework done for me ... :p - I grilled steak out on the barbi - and then made May Day baskets for the kids to take to school tom. ~ watched the race today and was sadden when Gorden won... Other then that - it is really time for bed..I am going back to work full days in the morning..I was kind of getting use to hanging out on this thing during the day...Oh well - life goes on..and I will be laid off May 13th anyways..So I better get going while I have the work..I have summers off too.... But I always seem to find a part time job somewhere or I get BORED....Night all :yh_sleep

Lady C, its highly controversial that I shall be relaxing in my garden on this a fine sunny day in Dublin, reading a book by Eric Hoffer 'The True Believer'. An explosive report on the psychology behind mass movements.

Got up early, had a cup of tea then went back to bed(because it`s a public holiday in the UK), woke up later and had a bath and something to eat. Took my medication. All pretty boring. if the sun stays out (and it has already showered once) may get to the beach this pm.

Tonight I'll do a barbeque. Shrimps in garlic with a green salad with fresh fruit and natural yoguhurt to follow.

I'm all alone at home right now as wife has gone to her Health Club to work out.

Today she's doing a kick-boxing session! Should I be concerned. Is she trying to send me a message?

Today (at least the AM) was a real bitch. After a long 12 hr.15 min non stop flight from New Zealand and going through multiple customs and immigration check points as well as multiple security checks and unbelievably long lines at LA International Airport and then on to a connecting flight to Northern California, FINALLY HOME. New Zealand is great, but it's sure good to be back in the states.

Welcome home, Lon!!! Glad you arrived safely.

LC, that was a dirty trick. And I fell for it hook, line and sinker. :yh_bigsmi

Today was busy. Typical day off stuff. Bullet and I did laundry, did banking, bought some more flowers for the yard, cleaned the house, and he made tacos for dinner.

I haven't had loads of time to hang out here, and I am missing all the chatting. How is everybody?
