Identity Theft

Never thought Id experience identity left, but I did. Twice this year. Last January, my checking acc was charged multiple times for memberships to adult web sites. They got my atm card # on line. Never open an e mail you do not recognize..... just delete it. Quite a mess to get it all straightened out. Changing acc #s... changing e mail address. Filing reports.

Unbelievable!!! Last week, I go to write a check at Lowes. They wont take my check. Big long paper comes out of the computer. A third party has supplied bad information about me.................. Long story short. In 2005 a woman down in Virginia beach, wrote 2 bad checks, and used my drivers liscence #. Another mess. 15 phone calls. Visit to DMV...... Be careful out there guys.... its a jungle.

You've no idea what information other's have access to.

I used my american express ot secure a room one time and paid cash for it when i got there..right after i got charged for a fifteen thousand dollar trip to the carribean on my card...american express took care of it...
