II. OFFERS

(a) A user may only receive credit for an offer once per person. For example, a user cannot complete an offer previously and then again at Myfreeipod.com.
(b) In order to get properly credited for completing an offer, a user must make sure that his or her browser settings are set to accept all cookies.

2. Failure to be credited for an offer
(a) Myfreeipod.com does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for an offer. Myfreeipod.com reserves the right to refuse a user points for an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up, improper browser settings, and/or a history of manual credits. Manual credits are offers that are credited through emailing confirmation of completion.
(b) Myfreeipod.com is not responsible for delays in reporting points or failure to receive points.
(c) The user is responsible for saving all confirmation emails received from offers. Myfreeipod.com will not manually credit a user for an offer without receiving a confirmation email from the user. A confirmation email is an email that a user receives from an offer after he or she has fully completed it. However, presenting a confirmation email does not guarantee that a user will receive credit.
(d) If a user has fully completed an offer and has not been credited, the user should make sure that the user has met all the requirements of the offer and should make sure that he or she has waited the appropriate amount of time for an offer to be reported back to Myfreeipod.com (this amount of time varies per offer and can be found in the offer requirements window). If a user has not received credit for an offer, he or she should email here attaching all appropriate information. The user should note, however, that Myfreeipod.com reserves the right to deny credit for an offer.

We make an effort to screen our offers to ensure the best possible experience for our users. However we are not responsible for any charges incurred or contracts between a user and an offer. 4. Being eligible to receive a free iPod
(a) Users must refer at least 5 friends to the site who must sign up, and correctly complete an offer from the site under the Terms listed above.
