i mean we just use unarmed combat ,wrestling,jui jitsu,mauythai ,boxing and nasty name calling :wah:

it sorta keeps me fairly fit and supple ,it looks and can be violent but think of it as more a game of chess ,he or she (sue is good at it too have wounds to prove) does a move you counter it ,they counter your counter move and so on :-3
