Imagine, you are alone, no family no friends, just your job and your apartment.

What would you do. I have alot of patients like this it makes me so sad.So if it were truly you what would you do.

volunteer my free time somewhere...

go walk the ymca track at night...

start meeting my neighbors

visit a nursing home....gives you a better appreciation for life..and its hilarious how competitive they get playing bingo....:p

join a singles club

become a big brother or sister for needy kids

take a class at college at night...learn something...

Sounds like they have you, so they aren't completely friendless.

I've gotten into phases where I don't socialise by choice but it is always a choice. If they can get on the internet they'd be surprised how many people they can get along with. Or how much fun it is to annoy everyone.

It was me - I continued to work - meet people

I packed my car - moved 15 hundred miles from home - didn't know anyone, and started my life journey all over - I wasn't sad. I actually liked the fact no one knew me.

Its not all sad - some choose to be alone.
