green man

hidden by leaves

that mask his true visage

beaming through visions of verdure

that span

ancient pathways long forgotten,

as we peer for a glimpse

where harmony

began

It was that big that I couldn't scan all of it in....it looks better when you click on it.

I love the poem, Chonsi!!! Go Pinky. I love the Green Man. Respectfully, of course. He's not to be trifled with. Winter festival here today, the traditional opening of the ski season too. Though it's not Solstice till next week. Here, in Australia, the Green Man is resting, regrouping sap and potency for faraway spring.
