Hey I'm a bitch every day and I have no excuse other than I still miss the ciggies, don't worry about it. Get bladdered and it'll take the pain away!

I didn't know it caused pain, see it on TV all the time, I hope he warned you.

Hey Neffy, I am sorry that you are in constant pain, might be worth asking for a referral to a Chronic Pain Team, they can put you on courses with other people for 1 morning or afternoon a week for a few months. It teaches you different ways to cope with the pain. :-6

I agree with Suzy. You don't want to have to live with pain, but you don't want to go through your days as a zombie either. Pain meds need to be monitored.

Here's a hug for you, Neffy.

When I am in pain, I am not a pleasant person to be around either. I just want to curl up and try to sleep til the pain eases up or goes away altogether.
