...if you are an avid reader, like me.
I hope it's okay to post a link to another website.
Anyway, it's called paperbackswap.com and it's wonderful! There are no membership fees. The only cost you ever incur is postage if one of your books is requested, unless of course you choose to buy credits and those are quite cheap as well. I've already received tons of books and have saved buckets of money this way as I read a really lot of books.
Anyway, check it out if you're interested, and enjoy!

Sadly, you need a USPS address to join
I recently joined www.bookcrossing.com and sent more than fifty books on their way but so far (six weeks) none of them have surfaced. I'm waiting to see someone benefit from it before I release any more books.

Now, that's something I didn't realize. They could be a lot more successful if they'd allow shipping abroad.
I'll have to check out that link to see what's up.

I'll tell ya what though. If there are books there that you're interested in, I'd be happy to order them myself and them ship them to you!

Thanks for the offer but I'd guess they're right - the costs of shipping and customs would mean it's not really worth the hassle.
