Where are we?

I have been visiting the garden for several years,although I haven't lately as i've been rather busy. Questions: Where is Forum Garden located as to county. I registered a few mintues ago and it said it was 1:23 P.M. Where I am it is 5:00 P.M. Could anyone kill my curiosity?

Yes I know that but where does this forum operate (country) from. England, Canada, USA, Scotland. Since most of you all seem to be from England, I just figured it is based in England.:-3
