I've seen the photo of the guy on the right on the internet as an avatar, and here :

I suspect it was originally a photo from a medical text book, illustrating the facial deformities suffered by those afflicted with a particular type of mental retardation. I've seen similar photos before, used in scholarly publications.

I'd guess the other fellow probably originates from the same source. Looks like their heads have been Photoshopped onto other bodies.
