I've never read any of the books but I've seen one movie. I think it looks like fun and I think it's good for kids to have that to get into. Adults too for that matter. Anything that frees your imagination is a good thing I think.

I can't say I'm a fan, but I used to be into fantasy stories. Loved the hobbit and Lord of the rings, but, alas, not potter.

I am a fan, and I got my book, like all the other book nerds. Its quite bizzzare really that so much fuss is generated by a book, bizzare but wonderful! Most of the people around last night were adults, up to my 65 year old ex-biology teacher mr Watchhorn (who sounds like he could teach in hogwarts really doesn't he!). :-6
