Hello All

Post by mikeinie »

Hello everyone, I hope that you are all keeping well. I have been extremely busy lately and have not had the chance to log on and get into any good conversations.

How about all that rain over in England? Hang in there you guys, I hope that it does not get too bad over there for you.

As you know i'm pretty high up, but the village is badly affected. The main bridge was closed yesterday, and they're expecting the rivers to peak in the early hours, if i suddenly go it means the leccy has gone off.......:-3

I'm high and dry. The worse that can happen is if the power goes off. Bryn will tell you, there's some big old rivers that chug into the Midlands. Severn, Avon, Trent, apart from the smaller ones, the Severn is the worst cos it's been raining heavily in the Welsh mountains, where the source is, and they are due to reach peak flood sometime in the early hours. I think we've got away relatively lightly compared with the south Midlands. Poor buggers in Tewkesbury, the Severn and Avon meet there, it's been really bad!
