Did they not STOP LOOK and LISTEN when Anna Nicole Smith was taking her fatal downward spiral?

What will it take?

Another ticket?

Another accident?

Another jail sentence?

Will it take hurting someone while drunk :driving: ?

Who do you think will be the next one to wrap her one hundred thousand dollar car around a pole?

Who will be the next one to have a public brawl?

One of these days, their shabby behavior and bad choices are likely to seriously injure someone, or worse, kill someone.

Are they self-destructive or oblivious to danger?

Are they so narcissistic they cannot imagine they will feel consequences like ordinary people?

Is their behavior a cry for help, or a middle finger at society and rules?

Do girls "just wanna have fun" .... or are these girls even close to having fun? They mostly look pathetic and miserable to me.

Does Vegas post odds on which bimbo will "win" this race to destruction?

I care because ....

1. I drive the same freeways and streets

2. I have young adult children, I see these young women as another mother's grief and pain, and I feel empathy

3. I have a husband who goes to AA meetings daily, sober-living is important in our house, you have no idea how important ...

4. I am a mother who has experience watching one of my very own children behave in frighteningly self-destructive ways that could have ended in death or jail ... no longer, thank God

5. I see crappy roll models for young girls, it worries me

and, I care about life, even the life of silly beautiful young women who might die or kill someone else

the 4 B of A are part of my husband's business community ... it matters to me

so sue me

Agreed we're sick of hearing about these brainless twits as if they're some kind of important, but don't you think Pepperband has a valid point? I mean, forget that they're famous, they're inconsiderate enough to be driving drunk and could take out another human being. How do you feel about it from that aspect?

The movie BRATZ is opening

it's target audience is pre-teen girls

it looks horrible

the Bratz dolls look like streetwalkers .... they look like the 4 Bimbos !!!!

does anyone have young daughters who play with the Bratz dolls?

To RG's question, I think they should be punished under the law like anyone else. Drunk and driving, Lohan without a valid license, and in possession of a narcotic, throw the book at her. And not like Paris Hilton!

I have no daughters but I agree that the Bratz dolls look very...ghetto.

Sleazy. But that said, I had Barbie who was no better on a lot of points.

I can't connect the 4 Bimbos with common teenaged girls because of the fame and money factors. I'm not really prepared to say that sleazy dolls cause problems in young girls...and is the doll modeled after girls today or are the girls mirroring the dolls anyway?

Lohan and her ilk are lazy. Their money bred too much convenience and they don't know enough to go get hobbies. They are involved in themselves whereas if they stepped outside their castles and interacted with/helped people of a greater cause, these princesses might shape up a little.

I was bowing out because the subject doesn't interest me. But now that I think of it, I'll have to force myself to consider it until something happens to make it personal to me... because it will, and soon.

I remember when a similar fad hit with the Madonna craze. Doesn't this compare to that time?
