If you are one that is concerned about your privacy, go to GOOGLE and type in your telephone number. Your name and address will appear. You can then click on to MAP QUEST to get directions to your home. You can have your name removed from GOOGLE by clicking on your number and requesting removal. This will work anywhere in the U.S. as long as you do not have an unlisted telephone number.

OMG that is funny I did just that and it pulled up my name (old married name) and I am still on the "Boaters Supervisors" listing, meaning I apparently can supervise an online test to get your boaters licence in Canada ahahahahaha That is hilarious. I better figure out how to remove that one. I took my licence ages and ages ago.

^ exactly, and nobody cares where we live anyway. If they wanted information about us that bad they could get better and more exact through a dozen other means.

No matches on any of my numbers - does that mean I don't exist?

I had to put a space between area code and my number then I found it.

Bit freaky but I shouldn't be surprised really, I have to have a published number for people to call as a town councillor. It still made me go 'woah'!!!

I know that love, but I didn't know if your telephone numbers and Map Quest were available through Google----and that was really the main point.

No offence meant Lon, just pointing out that if you seek, you shall find. Its what some love about the internet & what makes others think its evil. If people dont want info on the net, dont make it easily available.
