I've been wearing them for about 7 years and love em. I play a fair number of sports and it sure beats wearing glasses when you sweat as much as I do.

Do you wear them?

I have them. Unfortunately, the doctor who ordered them was an idiot and unable to measure correctly as I have astigmatism. The doctor I used for years passed away and I've yet to find one that matches his ability.

No, I do not wear them. I chose bifocals instead, when I have to use glasses. I don't like the idea of wearing contacts at all.

I don't wear glasses or contacts...but in the event the day comes that I need to, I would think that I'd wear contacts....mainly because I'm a goober...I would be able to keep track of something in my eyeballs better than something that I can lay down on a table or somewhere in public...trust me I would....:-5:-5

I tried Day and Night contacts a few years ago and I've never had lenses so amazing. I forgot I was wearing them and you can sleep with them in without drying your eyeballs out. I wouldn't use a different kind anymore... if I wore contacts. :p

yes, I've worn them since I was 13. (and boy are my eyes dried out...hahahaha) :D

ahem....but seriously, I like that you can stick them in and forget about it. I also wear my glasses a lot too like if I'm just going to be out for a short time or whatever. :-6

I went with contacts 7 years ago after moving and going to a new Optometrist for a eye exam. He asked if I had ever worn contacts, I told him no, that I was under the impression that anyone that needed bifocals(which I did) could not wear contacts. He laughed and said that was not true. He fitted me with a prescription that enables me to read well, drive at night and see road signs clearly, and participate in sport activities. What I give up by wearing contacts is real long distance vision. 200 yds out I have astigmatism, but other than that, no problem. I still wear my glasses to watch TV and read for long periods.
