Frozen Veggies?

Hello all! I am a new user. I found this great place when I was looking for some information on the web. Great forums!

My question is this. My soon to be ex, who still lives in the house, decided to freeze some broccoli and snow peas in the freezer while I was gone! Without blanching!

They have been in there one night.

What can I do with the veggies? are they still blanchable or are they ruined?
