The cupboard under the stairs

Do you have one? Is it tidy?

My big task for today is to tidy mine. Everything gets chucked in there & its got to the stage where its beyond a joke. Last time i filled two black bags of junk.

Off to make a start, shouldent leave it so long, not looking forward to this pftttt

Isn't that where bad kids got locked??? I've only ever known one family with such a cupboard (most Australian houses are what you call bungalows and don't have stairs) and I found it really creepy.

Pam you watch way too many horror movies :wah:

Its where your electric meter, pipework ect is hidden, even bungalows must have such a cupboard?

I'm halfway through & everything from it is in the hallway, hope no-one visits as there is no chance of them getting in :-3

Having a coffee & ciggie break, found a few handy bits & pieces in there that i actually thought were lost so thats a bonus :D

oh, I used to wish we had one when I was a kid, you know hide and seek, and all that, here your plumbing and electric meter are on the outside of your home. And I agree, with, thought thats where bad children were kept, Harry Potter and all that.:-2

Why is everyone springcleaning??? You're almost in autumn!! It's me who's just entering spring - wattle everywhere - and I must admit there's a lot of people fiddling about in gardens and washing curtains etc.. I have no idea where my pipes are - well, the water heater's in the laundry. I thought the pipes were in the ceiling, or maybe under the house? Don't think I've ever had the need to know ... grin.

I have one..it isn't tidy. I think there might be a by-law against such a state of affairs
