Im not going anywhere..........

Today I returned from yet another trip to St. Simons Island, in Georgia. This jaunt was for three weeks. I have been agonizing for the past year, trying to decide whether or not to move back there. The big draw is my very good friends who live there, and want me there. I made my final decision. I am not going. Virginia may not be it for me, for the rest of my life, but I cannott go back there. No matter how hard I try to love the area, I just dont. Ive never been a big fan of the water. I like to look at it, but it frightens me. There are photos of me as a child, screaming with fear at the oceans edge. The heat, the humidity, and the BIG BUGS drive me crazy. I drove home to Virginia today. Took me 10 hours. My eyes fill with tears when I cross the border from North Carolina to Virginia... It is so beautiful, and the air feels so different. So one dilemma is solved. I may eventually go back north, but I am not going back to the deep south. Another chapter in my book of life..... Closed. Its OK I feel good.

Wendy... I Pmd you twice before I left town... asking you if you wanted to get together on my way back. I didnt get an answer... so I thought you didnt want to meet the weeder. We should plan to get together some weekend. You know, I dont think KB is too far from us either.....

Awww mannnn, I never got any pms from you...I would've made time to meet the weeder!! :-1

KD is only 30 minutes away from me...just let me know....I'd love to just meet for lunch too...would be honored to meet you!!:-4:-4

Im not sure what town in Va. you live in. PM or e mail me, and let me know. We will definately plan something. That would be great fun.
