Try eating some hot peppers, like pepperoncinis to clear your sinuses.

-having a cold/sinus problems in the summer to me anyways is the WORST!

-your hot enough from the humidity, you dont need the other symptoms, use a nette pot to clean your sinus's, some pharmacys call them sinus rinses,they usually are found in the cold and flu section of your local drug store, it comes with a small pot, just read the instructions carefully, and you should feel better.:-6

The only thing that helps me in this heat & humidity - with a sinus head cold symptoms - try Dristan.

I haven't had one of those summer cold here in awhile - I took Dristan last time and it was gone, you'll feel better instantly.

The first time I go to sub I will be sick for 2 freaking weeks from the germ magnet kids. It will be a head cold that migrates into deep chest sickness. I will be immune the rest of the year.......:wah:
