how well do you sleep

are you the sort of person that soon has your head hits the pillow you sregone,or are you like sleep for few hours then wake up then that is that you are just lying there waiting for morning to come:-2:-2

I haven't slept thru the night in years- pain wakes me up

I have bags under my eyes until 9:00 p.m. and I look great for a couple of hours and the cycle starts all over again..

I wish I could have a good nights sleep.

I am lucky in that I fall to sleep fairly easy, it is just everytime I go to move the pain hits and wakes me up but I do tend to go straight back off. The only thing that keeps me awake is when I have my nightmares as it feels as though i'm being strangled so I wake up unable to breathe and find I can't get back off.

I'm an awful sleeper it takes me 3 Hours most nights to sleep :-2

I've been sleeping a lot better recently, I used to toss and turn for hours before dropping off eventually and then not wanting to get up in the morning. (cue Jimbo comments:wah:)

Trouble is I'm a night owl, like to stay up late then can't get up in the morning. :rolleyes:

awww, I'm sorry to hear that IP!

I used to have a REAL hard time falling asleep and I am really bad about turning off the computer or tv and go to bed, but nowadays I'm doing much better, because of WHAT I (or don't-trying not to give TMI)wear to bed, I fall fast asleep and seem to be well rested compared to before....its really weird but true!:)
