What a pillock!

Having said that I do remember a time quite a few years ago when I was a Special Constable that I was called with another officer to an incident where a couple of lads had kicked over one of those lighted directional bollard thingies and smashed it to bits. We got there just after they left and I looked over a wall and quite a distance away on the racecourse were these two lads. I shouted 'Oi, you two, come here' and they turned round, walked back, climbed over the wall, got arrested and done for criminal damage.

Anyone with a brain would have legged it - it was dark, they had a big head start so we would never have caught them and being Devon we didn't have guns!!!

Seems that stupid is quite common!
