What would be the worst thing you have ever found in your house?
Mine was a scorpion, i was actually keeping an eye out for roaches, cos we had a couple in the house before. Was not expecting to see one of those, i totally freaked out, i feared for my kids more than anything, i'm just glad it was me that found it and not one of them :yh_worry

okay, now that I'm done laughing at Magenta.....a snake was in the door way one time when me and the boys came home from church, this was a LONG time ago....the boys were still little...I remember getting the broom and just sweeping him out of the door, it was a little black snake...I'm very scared of snakes and was shocked that I did that....but it was either that or the boys play with it...so I sweeped him right out the door and he slithered away!

The worst thing that I found in my home was evidence that a burglar had been there while we were at work. That was a bid ugly critter that we sure would have liked to trap and squash.

Good for you,
that would be scary, i'm not really bothered by snakes if i know they won't hurt me, even had a photo done of a massive one round my neck.
But, knowing they could be poisonous, scares the hell out of me, i know there's about 3 different types of poisonus snakes here and i hope to hell i never find one in the house, but when it comes to your kids, you'd over come any fear

Please see thread 'Immys nightmare' - have the heebie-jeebies everytime one of 'them' comes anywhere near me!!!
Snakes - like them, spiders - don't freak me out as much as they used to, scorpions - mmmm, not sure about them, mad axe-weilding nutters - fine as long as it's not a daddy long-legs I'll cope!!
