New Virginia Insurance Agent.

Post by weeder »

I passed my insurance test this morning to be a liscenced Virginia insurance agent. Two weeks of studying.... I was very nervous that my brain had atrophyed and that I wouldnt be able to retain the info. I am very proud of myself. Soon I will be able to PUT MY SHOVELS away.... I hope.

But anyway, this means that if I can do it... any of you who want to do anything, can do it too. Its a great feeling, to do something to help yourself. Makes you feel very in controll of your own destiny.

Now..... a nap. I deserve it, and I can clear my head until Monday.

Are you licensed as a Life & Disability Agent, Property & Casualty Agent, or both?

Thank you all. Your so very kind. Betty, Ill come!! Ill come!! Id love to weed in England.

Lon, My license is only health. Its a baby step. Each type of insurance requires another license. The idea is that while I attempt to make a living offering one product, I study to be qualified to present another product. But I will tell you a secret.... The second type of insurance I want to sell is funeral and pre need. I have a tremendous amount of experience working with bereaved families. I like doing it, because it is a comfort to people when they get the right person to help them, and it is I think an area that does not appeal to many agents. One step at a time...
