Dear Mini Me,

Just a quick note to Say that NO means NO! I realise that you REALLY wanted to sleep over at your friends house last night - BUT DID YOU HAVE TO CALL ME 27 TIMES!!!! :wah:

Sorry I shouted at you ALL the way home and followed you around the house shouting :o But seriously, I was trying to organize and control 20 X 8 year old Brownies and found your constant calls A LITTLE IRRITATING!

Does anyone else have problems with there kids understanding the word NO :wah:

Yes, and if I wrote them down on a daily basis, I'd never get anything done....I like your letter to your mini-me!!

My issue of the day was that my middle son left his ONLY pair of shoes at Karate class last night, so ummm...he's home from school because he has NO shoes. So, I took my lunch hour, bought new shoes and took them home to him and that ate up my whole hour and will have to deduct another 1/2 hour for personal, and ummmm, his father is having his wife pick up the kids today, so I couldn't wait until afer work....fun fun fun

Not only do my kids not understand the word no, the hubby doesn't either. :-3

One of the more puzzling aspects of bringing up my eldest was that she never used the word YES until she was four, I think it was learning to read that finally forced her into saying it. She had any number of ways of indicating assent but saying that word wasn't one of them. It was an early indication of her sense of humour.
