More taser-crazy cops

hmmmmmmmmmmm,why would they taser unless possible the COPS werent following the letter of the law

The Police in this country have only recently started to use these devices; If you have a background in electronics (as I do). It is not difficult to make your own "tazzer", (for self defence only). However any would be criminal with electronics knowledge would know how to make him/herself immune to such devices! A tinfoil lining in outer clothing will not only protect the wearer from shock but also - quite likely destroy the "tazzer", in a spectacular fashion:wah:
