Being sick seems to invite a wide variety of opinions as to why one is sick, how one is sick and what the cure may be. Definately not the method to securing the last word.

Saying "I'm sick" has such an icky feeling I usually prefer to say "ill"..or "unwell". When refering to my mental state "twisted", "warped" or "slightly mad" do just fine.
