sounds like you have some pretty incredible parents!

Not sure what will solve your problem but you can start by looking for second hand copies of the book.

Nothing wrong with a second hand book or one borrowed from the library.

Does you college offer any part-time work for you ?

I hear that the army is having such a hard time in the US getting recruits that they are now offering $20,000 just for signing up.

Join the army;

give the 20k to your parents.

Go serve your country for a year and get your education paid for by the military if you don’t get killed first.
