Might I mention that I noticed some of you are addicted to Facebook?

Sorry if I don't answer all the stuff... I haven't had time to navigate anything there at this point. Let me just say that I always win pillow fights, I don't care what the machine says.

What is F.A. ?

Facebook Anonymous is a voluntary, worldwide fellowship of men and women from all walks of life who meet together to attain and maintain a Facebookless life. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop Facebooking. There are no dues or fees for F.A. membership.

Current Membership

It is estimated that there are more than 100,000 groups and over 2,000,000 members in 150 countries.

Relations With Outside Agencies

The Fellowship has adopted a policy of ·cooperation but not affiliation· with other organizations concerned with the problem of Facebookism. We have no opinion on issues outside F.A. and neither endorse nor oppose any causes.

How F.A. Is Supported

Over the years, Facebook Anonymous has affirmed and strengthened a tradition of being fully self-supporting and of neither seeking nor accepting contributions from nonmembers. Within the Fellowship, the amount that may be contributed by any individual member is limited to $2,000 a year.

How F.A. Members Maintain Facebooklessness

F.A. is a program of total abstinence. Members simply stay away from one blog, one day at a time. Facebooklessness is maintained through sharing experience, strength and hope at group meetings and through the suggested Twelve Steps for recovery from Facebooking.

Why Facebook Anonymous Is "Anonymous"

Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of F.A. It disciplines the Fellowship to govern itself by principles rather than personalities. We are a society of peers. We strive to make known our program of recovery, not individuals who participate in the program. Anonymity in the public media is assurance to all F.A.s, especially to newcomers, that their F.A. membership will not be disclosed.

Anyone May Attend F.A. Open Meetings

Anyone may attend open meetings of F.A. These usually consist of talks by a leader and two or three speakers who share experience as it relates to their Facebookism and their recovery in F.A. Some meetings are held for the specific purpose of informing the non-Facebook public about F.A. Doctors, members of the clergy, and public officials are invited. Closed discussion meetings are for Facebookers only.

I can't read the original but read the title and yes I love Facebook, my sister got me into it. I don't use any other sites now except popping in rarely. You can do some really silly stuff to people on there. SocialMoth, anyone use that?

Facebook is brilliant by no means are you alone, i cant believe how popular this site has become. I use it all the time for various things- the applicaitons make it new and exciting. I love the travel IQ challenge- even tho i was shocking at it!

The site is much betta than Myspace- alot more sophisticated and has more to offer an individual...

Anyone tried Bebo? Whats your thoughts on this site?

I'm a member of Bebo but don't bother with it. Nothing to do from what I can see.
