How much Money would you spend on Lottery Tickets?

Ok just for luck when i get paid i'm gonig to buy £50 on lottery tickets who knows it might pay off for me :wah:

I usualy buy just the one ticket but the chances arnt very good with one thats why i'm going to try 50 tickets :-6 abit sad isnt it lol

I dont buy lottery tickets.

There's a guy in my hometown that won 9 million on the euro lottery and he's still running a pub,

in fact he has'nt let it change his life at all!

What's the point.

it would not change me apart from the bentley range rover big house hoildays

I didnt, but thats how much I would spend if I were to buy tickets. Or maybe $ 4.00.

I dont know its hard to say.

Maybe if it were Christmas and I needed stocking stuffers Id spend $ 26.00.

Unless I need tickets for oh say 12 people then I suppose Id spend $ 12.00.

Unless they were $ 2.00 tickets then Id have to spend $ 24.00.

Maybe if I really liked one person more than another Id buy them two tickets then Im back to $ 26.00.

The way I see it is you'd have to practically dedicate your life to the lottery to even stand a small itsy bitsy chance of winning any good sized lottery. I'm personally in favor of pooling money to buy one ticket between, say, 10 to 12 people and do this on a regualr basis, this might increase the odds. I have spent maybe a total of 20 dollars on the lottery by myself. Not won a thing.

I buy weekly tickets - using my same numbers - I've won $ 500.00 a couple of times. Haven't been close lately.

At fourteen million to one it's a mugs game.

For a better set of odds here's one to try :-

Pick a flat meeting and put a £50 win accumulator on each of the favourites.

If you take ten races and get average odds of three to one then it'll pull just under £300,000 - guaranteed to come up more ofter than the lottery.

None.... I dont believe in it. It contradicts the belief in " The American Dream"

Also, I resent the fact that the money was suppossed to go to education and schools... and in many areas there still arent enough books to go around.
