How old, how young?

Post by Indian Princess »

When you are an ADULT, I stress that because of the following statement, when you are seeing someone how old is too much older and how young is to young?

Just wondering what everyones opinion is, I am attracted to OLDER men, my last boyfriend of (7 ) years was 17 and a 1/2 years older.

I am 40 but have been told I look barely 30, and not to sound vain, I do only look 30, THANK GOD THE GENES OF MY ANCESTORS AND MARY KAY COSMETIC AND SKINCARE

my range, from 10 y ears younger to 3 years older. I am far to immature for an older man. :wah:

There has to be a balance of power. As soon as the balance goes the relationship spirals down. People evaluate their assets and age can be a benefit or a negative depending who and what.

Age doesn't matter any further than the value assigned to it by the individuals.

Hi-

After being married all those years and suddenly I'm on my own I swear to god I can't tell how old anybody is! Makes me a bit nervous as I don't want to flirt with a 19 year old. Last week I was at a convenience store buying discounted ciggies for the second time. The clerk was young and sort of just appealing, you know, in his own way. So I ask for the cigs and he says oh, sorry, you cleaned us out last time. So I said alright, no problem just give me the regular. And when I go to leave he says, hey, arent you W***'s mom? And I say yeah I am! (a little embarrassed not only because of being so cheap buying the half price cigs, but also for harboring these ideas that he was interesting :o) He tells me who he is, a classmate of my son's, they were friends back in jr high. I felt so stupid. These little kids grow up and don't look a thing like they did.

But to answer your question, I prefer someone in the baby boomer generation.
