
There are tons of recipes out there for making a yummy sandwich, ranging from special condiments like hot mustard and horseradish to fancy breads and of course, special cheeses. Mine tonight was just white bread, butter and three slices of those cello-wrapped cheese singles. Usually though I prefer my grilled cheese to be cheddar and swiss on either sourdough or Jewish rye with no condiments, just grilled in butter.
