France is burning again, more rioting... an intifada or simply Multiculturalism at its finest.

IN retrospect, it was not a good idea to have left his pistol at home. Called to the scene of a traffic accident in the Paris suburbs last Sunday, Jean-FranÃ§ois Illy, a regional police chief, came face to face with a mob of immigrant youths armed with baseball bats, iron bars and shotguns.

Hopefully they've stopped now.

The problem is that most of the places where rioting breaks out is where immigrants live - the housing is sometimes substandard, they are not well educated, and jobs are scarce.It takes very little to happen in these conditions for rioting to break out.

What always has amazed me about riots. They always riot in their own neighborhood and tear up their own area.:-2

presumably it'/s in protest at how much they hate where they live - if they liked it then theywould go and riot somewhere else - i guess they are hoping that if they destroy it, something better will replace it.

IMO what these people are doing, is actually establishing a 'homeland' in France, they tend to be violent. They carry guns, have no respect for property or life, and as in the rest of Europe do not integrate well.

When you bring in large numbers of immigrants with completely different cultures and ideas, why are people surprised when there are problems.

France colonised North Africa. Now North Africa is colonising France. Similar situations have happened in other post colonial nations. It's an uneasy situation, with no easy solution.

It is all about demographics isn't it, what goes around comes around. This goes back to the Mark Steyn article in the other thread, whichever group reproduces the most will eventually become the dominant group.
