The met are going for a slimmer fitter police force.

One force has even enlisted the help of an American cycling expert from the International Police Mountain Bike Association to teach its officers.

Let's hope he remembers what side of the road to ride on.

There were police training how to use mountain bikes. It was quite funny actually people were laying trails of doughnuts so they got lost. Little kids were cycling past going "mee maw mee maw" shouting he went that way officer.

you used to be able to buy devices which actually made the police or fire or ambulance sounds, and fit them to the tops of your cars, but I fear they may be illegal now!
