then after wasting a day and spending much money for no reason you could log onto fg with aching burning arms and fingers and write a thread like this

you should have left it after you painted it the first time, and told people it was a new trend!

Oh dear! I had the same problem in this house, but I had a mate who told me to paint over the felt tips with undercoat a couple of times before emulsioning, it worked!

I really wanted to be helpful...only thing I could relate to is that when I was a teenager my friends Dad let us draw on their bathroom walls....I don't know how or when he painted over it, I know he sold the house about 5-10 years later....and I have often wondered if the new owners still read over the shower head "Wendy is sooooo sooooo soooo Kinky".....written by my boyfriend at the time!:D:p
