dont strip off all the wallpaper to bare plasterboard walls ,then give the kids felt pens and join them in drawing stupid drawings and writing stupid slogans on the walls before you put up new wall paper ,oh and at this point please dont ignore your know all girlfriend who says if you ever decide to paint the walls and not have wall paper the ink will run through the new paint and ruin it

coz if you do :-5

you might five years later have a flood and indeed strip all the wall paper amd indeed you could have to paint all the walls

and then after you have painted the walls you could stand back to admire your work and then slowly and faintly at first you could inded make out drawings and slogans comng through your paint work

then you might have to go back to the paint shop and buy some expensive paint that blocks stains graffiti etc and this paint could be so thick and treacle like to put on it could give treacle a bad name

then after wasting a day and spending much money for no reason you could log onto fg with aching burning arms and fingers and write a thread like this

DOH DOH DOH DOH DOH DOH DOH

And, knowing you, they could be some very good pictures and slogans :yh_rotfl

I really wanted to be helpful...only thing I could relate to is that when I was a teenager my friends Dad let us draw on their bathroom walls....I don't know how or when he painted over it, I know he sold the house about 5-10 years later....and I have often wondered if the new owners still read over the shower head "Wendy is sooooo sooooo soooo Kinky".....written by my boyfriend at the time!:D:p
