I am actually gonna have a try at the traditional ones, to give up smoking, to get fitter, and lose a stone. If I can manage all those three I will amaze myself, but I am 36 now so I have to take account of these things.

Mine is to hopefully not have another surgery. Does not look good. Go back to the gym and I need to gain a little weight back.
