oh dear!!! that looks painful... but i have to say things like that can happen with kids while you are looking right at them!

easy. tell a little kid to sit still and see if it works for you:D this could have been as simple as falling off his chair at supper.
Who are they to protest me? Who are they? Unless they've been me and been there and know what the hell they're yelling about!

Accidents happen in a split second. Every now and then, you may accidentally look away from your child for a second. Accident does not equal bad parenting.

That looked symmetrical but what the heck - I stepped on a floor heater when I was young and that was a dang symmetrical burn. Kids....they get into EVERYTHING!

ouch!

Oh I dunno about who wasn't parenting the kid... I could tell you all kinds of horror stories about Jr Minks and her antics...

Some kids are just bigger risk takers, move quicker than their parents, are way more curious, or are plain accident prone, that little guy is darn lucky he didnt' get that fork anywhere near his eyes. Mind you the more I look at it the more I wonder how he got that precisely up his nose like that meh ya never know.
