Reign Over Me

Starring Adam Sandler, Don Cheadle, Liv Tyler (:sneaky:)

Never been much of an Adam Sandler fan but He was a solid ok in this film.

Don Cheadle is as ever a believable character actor.

Hes an eccentric New Yorker wandering the city on his motorized scooter.

Void of friends and any real meaning in his life until Don Cheadle his college roomate runs into him.

Cheadle breaks through the barriers to find out he lost his family in an airplane that crashed into the World Trade Center on 9/11.

The ensuing story unfolds as Cheadle tries to help Sandler work through the tragedy.

I thought it was a 3 kernal movie as well Nomie.

I will be watching "The Kingdom" hoping that is a 4 1/2 kernal as it has been billed. Then its Football playoff games for me.

Oh Carla do share later what you thought of "the Kingdom"

Nomad I liked Reign over me as well, not a 10 but a good 7 I would say, am an adam sandler fan as well.

"The Kingdom" was 4 1/2 Kernals. I spent most of the time standing in front of the TV watching it. Powerful movie with a powerful meaning. The last seconds of the movie take your breath away. See it you won't be sorry. :yh_worshp:yh_worshp

Its a review. I have to offer a brief synopsis, I cant just give the title. The story hasnt been given away.

I think Adam Chandler did a great job. It was heart rippingly sad. The second thread regarding the controlling wife of the dentist provided some interest.

I must say though that if I had the means to do so, I would just ride around on a scooter and play games too. A little fairy taleish........
