Gazza picked it up, jogged over to him and held the card up and jokingly booked the ref.
The fans and commentators found it pretty funny, not the ref, he booked him for dissent! :wah:

I have to be fair and say that the kung fu kick by Gareth Barry on Dwight Yorke this season (which didn't even result in a booking) was a bad refereeing decison (to say the least). But there are too many examples to mention. I remember the officals wouldn't allow the Irish players to take on water during a match against Mexico held in Orlando in USA 94, it was something like 95 degrees farenheit, and it was ridiculous and dangerous.
