My best friend in real life is an aquarian, and it all fits her to a tee, except the shy bit, she is more the extrovert type. but she is a most loyal friend. also my internet friend carolley is an aquarian! so i must be attracted to mads people:wah: and see there was always summat i liked about fuzz as well:-3 Im not an Aquarian by the way, im a Gemini tho so its another air sign:cool:

To sum up my real life friend, and probs most aquarians ,, a song was once played at a fancy dress party we were at, and i said to her,,, this is the song you should have at your funeral... i know i know it sounds morbid :wah: anyway the song was i am what i am... only its sang by a transvestite from the musical la cauge au folles(spelling?) and she isnt one ,, but still it fits her

Heres the link to the song.. theres a bit of commentary first but stick with it ,, i love this song

I actually sing that song lol.........another one that is so me is......Nobody Does It Like Me.......especially the bit that says......I have a big loud mouth Im always much to free so if you want some tact and manners you better stay away from me............think it was written for me!!!:wah:

Can you belt out Waltzing Matilda while driving a rusty ute through the bush?

Can you put paid to a slab of cold tinnies in ten minutes flat?

Do you grin like a dingo in a sheep paddock while slurping vegie on yer damper?

Do you like sand in yer Chrissie brekkie pav?

Do you fully understand all of the above?

:sneaky:

Uh........ Uh Oh... Dont know the meaning of.. ute.. cold tinnies.. dingo.. vegie.. damper.. Chrissie brekkie pay....

You lot are such fun!!!! For some weird cosmic reason all the men in my life have been either Leo or Libra.

I wonder what love would be like for a Virgo... with an Aquarian???

According to http://www.waningmoon.com/paganpersonal ... irgo.shtml

When Virgo and Aquarius come together, it is very much a case of two people bringing out the best or worst in each other. Virgo has a prosaic, scientific approach to life. The Aquarian approach, on the other hand, defies all logical scientific boundaries. The twosome may thrive on their differences though; they grow together as they learn about each other.

WOW!!

I rather like the idea of defying all logical scientific boundaries!! I want that!!!

As fer the Strine, Weeder.. um

ute - one of those van things Americans in the South have gun racks in the back of.

Cold tinnies - cans of cold beer

dingo - the Oz equivalent of a coyote

vegie - vegemite, the Oz elixir of the gods

damper - Oz camp bread

Chrissie brekkie pav - Pavlova - a dessert made of meringue filled with fruit and cream in this case consumed for breakfast on Christmas morning on the beach.

I will study the list. By the way... my first husband was a Virgo... It was a disaster. I didnt know enough about my own sign back then to realize it would never work. He could do wonderful things with a blow dryer though.

He was a hair dresser/musician. Whew.... what a boo boo.

Gosh Weeder, the idea of defying all logical scientific boundaries with a blow dryer is kind of wickedly attractive, somehow. :sneaky:

Yes Pam.. when I was 21 it seemed attractive to me also. Not much to work with though.... other than the blowing. He had to go.

GUFFAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You Guys.. I checked out the Virgo thread and decided that I wanted to be de-Virgo-ated. The process did not involve a blow dryer!! So you see before you a born-again Aquarian. No more stuffy, efficient, perfectionist, conservative, picky, pedantic Pam - but instead, a mad bad dangerous to know Water Girl. Party time!!!

Kathy - I think cosmos must match our star sign???!!! Weeder, can I get you one too???

Age of Aquarius.... Aquarius

When the mooooon is in the seventh house

And Jupiter aligns with Mars.... etc

I love.... cosmopolitans. They are a sure thing for exhibiting Acquarian behavior. Spontaneous daring illicit moments can be yours for the sipping.
