Spots I mean! At the grand old age of 40, which I have to admit is a long way away from my raging hormonal teenage years, you would hope not to get spots any more - but I've got a huge, really sore spot on my chin and it's really, really, really getting on my wick. It's sore, it's red, it's not squeezy yet, its sore and did I mention it's sore?!!

I have to fight this irresistible urge to poke it and squeeze it, it's driving me round the bend!!!!

Weird isnt it Immy, I never had spots as a teenager, the odd one but nothing major but now im 40, I get one at least every other month...?

This is the bizarre thing for me - I don't have periods any more (woohoo!) I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago but I still get the bloody spots!!!!

Are you sure its a spot? If its really red and sore it might be a midgy bite. Try using anthisan on it (buy it in Boots) and it should clear up in a couple of days.

Todays Spot Report!!

It's getting a nice squeezy head, I'm afraid I've never been able to resist squeezing spots, I know it could scar but my fingers just itch to poke and prob until it bleeds

I've been using witch hazel to get it to get a move on!!
